Buying YouTube views or using several unethical ways to artificially increase the YouTube views is becoming more common these days. From a normal YouTube user to big bands and singers like Justin Bieber are found guilty of artificially increasing their views.
It all started back in 2012 when SPK of BHW posted a thread explaining the different variables present in a standard YouTube server request. YouTube quickly patched it but he gave the basic idea to the public about how it works. I personally believe that he was a real genius and I thank him for whatever he did.
I created this post to uncover some dirty secrets and truths behind those view sellers like how they operate, their method and different ways they use to trick the world’s # 1 video sharing site YouTube. New views sellers are popping out like weed plant each and everyday. It is just like the story of mouse and cat. Those views sellers keeps finding new vulnerabilities in YouTube and YouTube keeps patching up.
So let me break it down into several small pieces to make it more readable:
1. Majority are resellers:
That’s the real truth. Almost 90% of the views sellers are just reselling some big views provider services. They have no idea how it works. All they do is to forward the information like video ID, amount of views to the actual provider. They act as a middleman taking a percentage of the commission. There is a new service known as YTForce.com. If you open up this site, you can clearly see it is a complete copy of YTview.com with just a different background. They are just reselling and are just a middleman. If you really want to buy views, then always go for the actual providers and avoid these new sellers.
2. Our views are Real! Really?
That’s the biggest lie in this industry and most of the sellers don’t even hesitate in saying this. just imagine how they can deliver 1000 views in just $5-$6? Of course physically and financially it is not possible. So don’t fall for this lie that “Our views are 100% real human views”.
3. Our views are safe:
Nothing in this world is 100% bullet proof. That claim “our views are 100% safe” is just another lie. In their sales pitch, they always include a small paragraph which is unreadable for humans like “We will not be responsible if your videos get deleted”. Don’t you see that their is a huge conflict between their claim and the disclaimer?? This is just another lie.
So I have covered some of the basic lies and actual truths of those view sellers. Now I am going to explain how they operate:
1. The first step is to get the video ID and actual length of the video.
2. Once they get the basic details provided by the customer, they enter these details in their bot or a server side script.
3. Then they load their bot with tons of proxies and starts sending views.
This is how the bot operates:
The bot contains a set of basic requests. The different details they enter is automatically entered in the requests. Once the request is successfully generated, they open that request using one proxy. one proxy can deliver up to 5-6 views in one day. The bot also successfully generates the different variables which has to be different for each request.
Creating such a bot or script can cost up to $5000 to $6000 or more. This subject attracted my interest last month and I started working on it. Day in and day out I was sitting in front of my computer studying how YouTube works. After one month, I finally succeeded in creating my own version of bot but this also raises some questions like it feels really ridiculous how even a beginner programmer like me can even exploit the YouTube.
For getting a basic idea of how things works, you can read the SPK original thread here. Even the BHW mods started fearing this guy and banned him. There was no only one reason behind his ban and it was a BHW mod who was also selling YouTube views. So they didn’t allowed him to post the 2nd part of the thread.
I am open to any kind of questions you might have regarding this topic. I will answer all of your questions. So if you have any questions send they my way…That’s all for today.
